Consulted with the manager regarding the report. Cooler was still no within acceptable temperature ranges. All TCS foods were removed and shall not be re-stocked until it is confirmed that the unit is working.

Cooler was now holding at 41�°F.

When the floor is spray cleaned, ensure the basement floor is also cleaned as water appears to drip through from around conduit pipes.

Cold holding corrected.
Light bulbs have been replaced and covered.
Hot holding is no longer in use.

Watched food contamination, tried bringing it to the attention of the person doing so and got yelled at. Took my burger anyway.
