Notes: Observed date marking is completed using shift numbers instead of an actual date. Will be in contact after consulting with other regulatory authority making sure this is an approved method.
Make sure not to over stack meats on service line.

During complaint investigation I completed a standard inspection. All of the sprouts observed were below 41 degrees F, stored properly and from an approved source. There in no cause for further action. Complaint closed.
