Description: Scottish Rite Park is a 12-story tower housing about 250 residents just off the bustling Ingersoll Avenue shopping district and a short distance from downtown Des Moines. Independent-living units, which include the possibility of owning a unit, include laundry and kitchen, as well as the option of dining in the facility’s restaurant or having prepared meals brought in to the residence.
