Description: Buffalo Bill’s, formerly Key City Lanes, is a popular venue for Northern Hills league bowlers. Since league traffic can be heavy or light depending on the day of the week, it’s a good idea to call ahead and ask how many of the 12 lanes are open at a given time. Friday nights will always be open, however, for Rockin’ Bowl, a teen-oriented event that begins around 9 p.m. and lasts until midnight. There is a full bar that serves snacks and a video game room. The lanes open around noon and close whenever demand tapers off, usually around 10 p.m. Games are $3 for adults and $2 for children under 15. Likewise, shoe rentals will cost grown-ups $1.25 a pair, while those 14 and younger pay half that much. Rockin’ Bowl costs $8 for the 3-hour event.
