Description: The center serves about 5,000 breakfasts during the annual Sturgis Rally & Races (see the Annual Events & Festivals chapter) each Aug. It also provides Meals on Wheels weekly to senior citizens and shut-ins. The rest of the year, members get together for card games, dances, choral performances, crafts, and sewing for the center’s semiannual craft fairs. Special activities include potlucks and fund-raising meals, dances, exercise classes, and a thrift shop. Annual dues are $10 for membership at age 55 or older.
