Description: This charming yellow 1906 house on a tree-lined street in Capitol Hill is an eight-room inn in a quiet residential area. The rooms are comfortable and lovely, with queen beds and TV with cable and DVD. Four of the rooms also have a second, twin-size daybed. Walking the neighborhood is a great way to spend some time, as surrounding streets abound with incredible mansions. The 10-acre Cal Anderson Park is a half-block away, and a 10-minute walk gets you to the 45-acre Volunteer Park and Asian Art Museum. Rates include full sit-down breakfast and parking. The 11th Avenue Inn does not have any wheelchair accessible accommodations.
