    Observation: Handwashing sink in meat department is blocked by equipment. Handwashing sink in meat department and in warewashing area contains containers and cleaning supplies. Person In Charge moved equipment. Person In Charge removed items from handwashing sinks.

    No one was working in the meat department at the time of inspection. All equipment utilized in the processing of meat were found to be soiled with raw meat (slicers, saw, and packaging equipment). The owner arrived at the end of the inspection and stated that the person working in the meat department this morning had an emergency and needed to leave, but she was unsure what time that person left. Interior surfaces of the upright "Sears Coldspot" freezer containing raw meat and fish is soiled with blood and food residue with a build up of frost. --Exterior of chest freezer in the meat department is soiled with what appears to be blood. Exteriors of the sliding doors on the meat display case area soiled with food residue. Observed blood soiled clothe sitting on a surface in the meat department.
