Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of safe materials Observation: Unpackaged food products stored in disposable non-food grade bags with ink printing intended for carrying packaged food items.
Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods Observation: Thawing raw chicken in a pan stored directly on top of a box of celery in the walkin cooler. Containers of raw red meat stored on a shelf above open containers of sauce in the walkin. Corrected at time of inspection.
Package integrity Observation: Two cans of food product on the shelf for use were severely dented along the seams. Product was removed from use and manager states they will be returned to distributor. Corrected at time of inspection.

Grease and residue build up on the walls throughout the food preparation/warewashing areas.

A HANDWASHING SINK shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for EMPLOYEE use.A HANDWASHING SINK may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

Hand drying provided Observation:An approved means for hand drying was not provided at the handsink in the warewashing area. Manager purchased paper towels during the inspection and placed towels at the handsink. Corrected at time of inspection.
