    Observation: Not all working containers of chemicals were labeled with common name. Must label all working containers with common name.
  • Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
    Observation: GE cooler in back prep area and the prep cooler @ the bar both did not have a thermometer inside. Must have a thermometer in all coolers that hold potentially hazardous food.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation: Womens RR did not have a hand washing sign posted. Must post a hand washing sign at all hand sinks used by food service employees.
  • Miscellaneous sources of contamination
    Observation: Both stand up freezers in back prep area have ice buildup. Freezers must be defrosted and properly cleaned to prevent contamination.
  • Food employees hair is effectively restrained
    Observation: Observed employee prepare food without wearing a hair restraint. Must wear hair restraint when preparing food to prevent contamination.
  • Hand drying provided
    Observation: Hand drying method was not available at the bar area hand sink. Must have a disposable method of hand drying available at all times.

    Observed open packages of hot dogs and deli meat without date mark. Must date mark all ready to eat food with date opened/prepared and then discard within 7 days unless entire contents will be used within 24 hours.

    Observed employee handling hot dog buns with bare hands. Ready to eat food may not be touched with bare hands to prevent spread of disease. Must use a barrier to prevent bare hand contact (tongs, deli paper, gloves, etc.).

    Employees that were preparing food were not wearing hair restraints. All employees that are preparing food must wear an effective means of hair restaint to prevent contamination.
