- Duties of PIC
Employees/volunteers are required to be informed of the symptoms and diagnosed illneses that need to be reported to person in charge. Use Form 1B to inform employees (the form is provided during this inspection).
- Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical
REPEAT VIOLATION -Chemical sanitizers are required to be used for washing food utensils, containers, and food surfaces. Set up dish sinks to wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry.
- Handwashing signage
REPEAT VIOLATION - Provide signage at the hand washing sink located in the storage area.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
REPEAT VIOLATION - Provide test strips to monitor the concentration of the chemical that is used for sanitizing.
