    Observation: Raw chicken stored next to and dripping on lid and open container of lettuce. Lettuce was disposed of. Corrected on site. Discussed options with manager to move raw chicken.

    Observation: chipped & missing floor tiles in kitchen.

    Observation: Warewasher not dispensing sanitizer. Corrected on site.

    Observation: No thermometers in drawer units in chef's prep station.
