Observation: A bag of onion was stored on the floor in walk-in cooler. food must be 6" off the floor to prevent contamination and cleaning purposes. Corrected.

Observation: Food employee was not wearing hair restrains at food prep area. Food handling employee must wear hat or hair net to adequately restrain hair when working around food.

Kitchen line top coolers both were not temped at 41*F or below (Turkey 51*F, tomato 49*F, and roast beef 45*F) Food removed out or discarded. All potentially hazardous food must be cold held at 41*F or below. Cooler closest to wall needs to be repaired or replaced. Other cooler was turned off, and turned back on during inspection. Temperature was droping to 45*F. Manager will be keeping track of temperature, and will not using unit if it does not reach 41*F or below within a short period of time.

Provide dust barrier proof cover. 4) Heat strip on walk-in freezer door is not working. Door is not sealing. Part on order.
