Observation: Mold buildup on ice machine chute. Must clean more frequently when has moisture buildup to prevent contamination. Must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. REPEAT VIOLATION
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
Observation: Missing thermometer in kitchen line cooler. Must have thermometer to ensure adequate temp is maintained. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Chemical kit was stored on corn oil. Chemical must be stored separate from food items. Removed. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Hand sink in Women's restroom is slow to rain. Repair to maintain in good condition.

Observation: 1)A lot of food debris on the floor underneath large equipment. Must have deep cleaning everyday to prevent contamination. 2)Syrup spilled out on pop machine table and inside of cabinet in dinning room. Clean and monitor the pop machine to ensure there is no leak issue.

Observed a light bulb on the curly fries hot case not shatter provided. Must replace to shatter- resistant light bulbs in area where there is exposed food.
