    Observation:Has cases of single use cups on floor in dry storage area, must be stored 6 inches off floor.
  • Outer openings are protected
    Observation:Light showing through edges of back door at corner, seal to prevent pests from entering.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Observation:1)Clean around floor sink area near the soda towers, soiling buildup.
  • Warewashing equipment
    cleaning frequency, operation, use limitations, and clean solutions
  • Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
    Observation:1)Has several shelving racks that are set up with less than 6 inches from floor, make necessary adjustments on adjustable racks to have 6 inches clearance to aid cleaning. Do not replace with racks that do not have adjustable lower shelf, ie plastic ones set directly on floor, ie cooler/freezer units. 3)Case of cookies and tray of ice cream on floor in walk in freezer, and cases of coffee creamer on floor in walk in cooler, all foods must be stored 6 inches off floor. 4)cases of coffee and drink mix on floor in dry storage area, move to shelving 6 inches off floor.

    Observation:Unable to locate ingredient list for packaged cookies and self serve donuts, will reprint from website to have available for consumer usage.
