Observation:The chemical in the spray bottle did not test out to be a sanitizer. Dumped and corrected during this inspection.

Observation:Dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized, however the sanitizer is being washed off. Corrected during this inspection.

Observation:Knife for slicing is stored in between equipment. Corrected by moving during this inspection.

Observation:Chemical cleaner for the espresso machine is stored on top of the machine and with cups, etc. Corrected by moving during this inspection.
- Warewashing sinks in establishments serving alcoholis beverages
Observation:Dishes and utensils are being washed, sanitized and rinsed. Correct with instruction on how to wash, rinse,sanitize and air dry.

Observation:The last inspection was not posted. It would be recommended to move the license and inspection to a different spot to avoid spillage on the reports.

Observation:All food work area's must be sanitized after cleaning. No sanitizer was mixed up for use today. Manager was contacted.

Observation:Dishes are washed and rinsed. Direction was given on santizing after rinsing them. Manager was contacted.
