    Observation: Raw shell eggs were stored above ready to eat salad dressing in the walk in cooler. Raw bacon wrapped shrimp stored above cut lettuce in upright cooler near prep line. Both Corrected by moving.

    Observation: Detergent stored above drink mixes and cooking oil. Corrected by moving.
  • Employee medicine - labeling and storage
    Observation: Nasal spray was stored on shelf above prep line, eye drops, allergy medicine, and vitamins were stored on shelf in bar area. All were corrected by moving to designated area.

    Observation: No certified manager at this facility. Certification was required by 1-14-15.
