Observation: The door seal on the Pepsi cooler is in poor condition.
- Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
Observation: A food worker assembled a sandwich with bare hands. Corrected on-site through discussion with the owner.
- Discarding ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held at 41°F for 7 days
Observation: There was deli ham and turkey dated 2/11 in the refrigerator. Violation was corrected on-site by discarding the product. REPEAT VIOLATION.
- Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems design, installation, and cleaning
Observation: The hood system above the cook line is greasy and dusty.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation: The door handle of the east refrigerator opposite the cook line is heavily soiled. --Observation: The sides of the cook line equipment (fryers, grills, etc) are heavily soiled with grease.
- Certified Food Protection Manager with management and supervisory responsibility employed by the establishment
Observation: No proof of CFPM (Certified Food Protection Manager) was available at the time of this inspection.
