Observation: Employee making Reuben sandwich contacted meat with bare hand. Employee discarded sandwich.

Observation: No hand soap available at hand washing sink. COS by restocking.

Observation:Observed employee using three compartment sink for washing and sanitizing ware. The sanitizer did not register on the test strip 0ppm. All ware needs to be washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried. COS by changing the waters for wash, rinse, and sanitize.
- Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
Observation: There were raw shell eggs stored over ready to eat foods. COS by moving eggs to a lower shelf.
- Dispensing of single-service and single-use articles
Observation: Disposable single-use utensils stored incorrectly. Person in Charge corrected storage ensuring handles are up.
