Observation: An employee had bare hand contact with a bun. Corrected on site by discarding bun and donning gloves.

Observation:The sanitizer at the bar was not registering on the test strip. Corrected on site by adding appropriate amount for correct concentration level.

Observed three crock pots used for cooling in walk-in cooler. All food shall be cooled from 135* to 41* within 6 hours. Guidance document left for reference.
