    Observation: Condiment containers in kitchen and customer self-service area are not labeled with common name.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: Floors in kitchen below west wall equipment and drive-through window area are not cleanable.
  • Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
    Observation: Thermometers in the west make line cooler and drive-up cooler are not functional.

    Handwashing sign was not posted (in bathroom used by employees).

    Observed dirty plastic fork was used to prop open the door on the ice bin in the drive thru. Corrected at time of inspection.

    Observed an accumulation of food crumbs/residue on the floors throughout the kitchen. Observed broken light switch plate that is no longer an easily cleanable surface (by fryers).
