    Observation: The undercarriage of the table mixer was soiled.

    Observation: There was a rusty can opener. Discussed the dangers of rough food contact surfaces.

    Observation: The dishwashing machine gauges were in bad repair. There was water squirting out of the top of the dishwashing machine.

    Observation: Did not observe a thin tipped thermometer at the establishment.

    Observation: The interior lip and interworkings of the ice machine were soiled.

    Observation: There were a few cans of propane fuel sitting on the top of a shelving unit above of single service-ware. - Corrected at inspection.
