Observation: The standing cooler exceeded 41 degrees, ambient temperature at 45-50 degrees. There were cheese and pickles at 45 degrees.

Observation: The pop nozzles were soiled. The area around the pop nozzles and ice chute were soiled.

Observation: Exterior and handles of equipment were soiled

Observation: Establishment did not have test strips for checking concentrations of quaternary and chlorine sanitizers.

Observation: Thin tipped thermometer was not observed at facility.

Observation: The doors that enclose the kitchen were not insect/rodent tight.

Observation: The hand sink and three compartment sink were missing caulking at the top of the head board of the sink.

Observation: There were medications stored in a cabinet placed over coffee filters.

The presence of insects rodents, and other pests are controlled as required

Observation: There were cobwebs throughout kitchen. The floors were sticky throughout kitchen. The floors and walls were soiled behind and underneath equipment
- Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
Observation: The A/C vents were soiled.
