    Observation: There were not thermometers provided in all cooler units.

    Observation: The cappuccino nozzles were soiled.
  • Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
    Observation: Hood filters were soiled.

    Observation: The standing cooler exceeded 41 degrees, ambient temperature at 45-50 degrees. There were cheese and pickles at 45 degrees.

    Observation: The pop nozzles were soiled. The area around the pop nozzles and ice chute were soiled.

    Observation: The A/C vents were soiled.
