    Observation: Floor of walk in freezer near laundry machines has several food items under shelves.

    Observation: Raw shell eggs were being stored above cooked ham in walk in cooler near laundry machines. Raw shell eggs were moved to shelf below ham during inspection.
  • Frozen PHF/TCS foods are properly slacked and thawed
    Observation: Raw meat was being stored in food prep sink in package. Employee stated package had just been taken out and was still frozen. Employee turned water on and demonstrated proper thawing procedure during inspection.
