Observation: In the kitchen refrigerator, there was raw meat placed over cooked chicken - COS In the walk-in cooler there were multiple containers of raw meat placed over produce and other RTE items. Discussed the importance of properly storing raw products underneath RTE items to prevent contamination of RTE items. The walk-in cooler was re-arranged at time of inspection.

Observation: Owners' child rinsed off used cup in the vegetable sink then sat the cup on the drying rack above the three compartment sink. Discussed the importance of properly sanitizing dishes to prevent contamination.
