    Observation: There was a box of single service-ware cups sitting on the floor near the western concession window. Single service-ware plates and trays were not properly stored to prevent contamination.

    Observation: The exterior doors were not insect/rodent tight.
  • A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
    Observation: A thin tipped thermometer was not observed at the establishment. Send copy of receipt/invoice of thin tipped thermometer to the health department by 8-17-15.

    Observation: The interior lip of the ice machine and can opener were soiled.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: The interior and exterior of the microwave was soiled.

    Observation: The cutting board for the smaller make table at the grill line was in bad repair. - PIC stated that a new one will be ordered.
