Observation: The front row of sandwiches were exceeding 41 degrees at 44-46 degrees. These sandwiches were discarded at time of inspection. Cooler temperature ranges from 32 degrees in the back to 50 degrees in the front and bottom of the cooler. GM stated that they had maintainence person here and found that the fan was in bad repair, yet nothing has been done to correct the issue. Issue shall be corrected by 7-27-15.

Observation: Establishment was using a 10 day date marking system for the sandwiches in the self serve display and hotdogs in walk-in cooler. Discussed the importance of a 7 day date marking system and will provide datemarking documentation.

Observation: There were chips sitting on the floor in the backroom and boxes of iced coffee bags on the floor in the walk-in cooler. These items were corrected.

Observation: The floors underneath/behind the three compartment sink and pop syrups were soiled.
