A bag of hot dogs in reach-in cooler was not date marked. Must date mark all ready-to-eat food in not used within 24hr after open or preparation. Have 7 days from date mark to use or discard. CORRECT ON SITE.

Ice build-up in chest freezer. Defrost to prevent sources of contamination.

Urinals in Men's RR are not functioning to flush. The sensor is broken. The manager said that is going to repair. At present time, manager take fresh water pours into urinals to keep clean.

1) Ice dispenser door is broken on the top of the ice machine. Repair. 2) Gasket on the ice bin lid is torn. Repair. 3) Visable build up on ice machine chute. Cleaned, rinsed, and sanitized. 4) Pepsi machine is sticky to the touch in front of nozzles. Clean. 5) Sponge next to the food contact surface. Discard. CORRECT ON SITE.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Wall and floor from ice machine to hand washing sink were damaged from water. Must be replaced and easy to clean. Manager is planning to repair this area in a month.

1) Wood shelves in storage and mop sink room are no longer smooth and cleanable. Must provide a cleanable surface for nonfood-contact surfaces. 2) Observed duct tape on handle of pail. Duct tape is not smooth and cleanable. Discard. 3) Observed liquid soap on top of terry cloth towel. It is not nonabsorbent. If must use place bar matting on top of towel to provide an air gap.
