Observation:1) Provide escutcheon cover for all drain lines and utility lines as they come through the wall in the bar and kitchen area. 2)Need utility line covers for the shut off valve by the stove. 3) Need to provide covers for the cleanouts in the kitchen and bar areas. 4) Need to seal the open area by the pipe near the floor wall coving are under the hand sink in the kitchen. 5) Seal the bare wood behind the mop sink in the utility room to make smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent. 6)Seal all holes in wallboard to aid cleaning.

Observation:Has chemicals and misc building supplies intermixed with food and food service items in kitchen, bar and breakfast area, must store not over or adjacent to foods. Most moved today to separate area from foods.

Observation:Need to provide hand wash signage for the RR's used by the employees, will provide copy.

Observation:Provide a manual for the coffee making machine, will call for replacement manual.
