Didn't replace a new sanitizer on this morning. Must have sanitizer made druing all business hours and replace as needed to prevent buildup of bacteria and spread of disease.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Didn't have both QA and chlorine test kit. The facility uses QA sanitizer to wash dishes, and chlorine sanitizer to clean counter top. Must provide both kinds of sanitizer test strips to ensure chlorine sanitizer concentration is maintained between 50 -100 ppm, and QA sanitizer concentration is maintained between 200 - 400 ppm.
