Do not store pans etc in drawers with channel locks, screwdrivers etc. The equipment in that drawer need cleaning as does the gaskets on the reach-ins across froim those drawer units. Also the gaskets are splitting on the reach-in and need replacing. Do not store scoops etc in standing ice water - store clean and dry, in the food or in running water.
