Pizza make table running warm sauage and canadian bacon measured 44.5 degrees. Items in cold well on service line out of temperature. salsa 47.9 degrees, sour cream 49.8 degrees, yogurt 47.9 degrees. Maximum allowable temperature is 41 degrees. Routine monitoring of temperatures will allow staff to catch and correct violations much sooner.
