Observation: Sanitizer (quat) concentration tested too high (500+ ppm) from dispenser. Person In Charge diluted the solution to proper concentration.

Observation:Prepackaged 16 oz containers of frozen custard and frozen custard sandwiches sold out of a freezer for customer self service do not have labels listing major allergens. The label must list "the name of the FOOD source for each MAJOR FOOD ALLERGEN contained in the FOOD unless the FOOD source is already part of the common or usual name of the respective ingredient (Effective January 1, 2006)."
