    Observation: The fan guards, condensing unit and surrounding area in the walk-in cooler was dusty.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Observation: The walls, floor and ceiling in the cookline and dish washing area were soiled. Areas of the hoods were soiled.

    Observation: There was a spray bottle of bleach sanitizer that exceeded the required concentration. - Owner corrected this at time of inspection.

    Observation:The dishwashing machine not properly sanitize by heat or chlorine. Maintenance person called at time of inspection.

    Observation: The front door was not insect/rodent tight.

    Observation:Employee was preparing ready to eat parts of a sandwich after using tongs that have fallen into the raw hamburger. PIC talked to employee during inspection.

    Observation: The floor was soiled throughout. The wall/floor near the dish machine area was soiled. Exteriors of equipment were soiled. There was missing caulking around the sink at the dish area.
