Observation: Strainer for dumping liquids stored in the bar hand sink. Person in charge removed the items and cleaned the sink. If sink continues to be used as a dump sink upon next routine inspection an additional hand sink will be required to be installed in the bar area.

Observation: Raw brown shell eggs stored above ready to eat foods in the walk in cooler. Person in charge moved and stored the eggs correctly.
