    Flooring for entrance into walk-in cooler is worn and not easily cleanable. Replace with a smooth and easily cleanable surface.

    Raw eggs in walk-in cooler above ready-to -eat foods. Must be stored on bottom shelf to prevent cross-contamination. Corrected with education.
