    Observation: Wooden bar cooler (3 door) was temped @ 44*F. No TCS (time/temp control for safety) food was stored in the cooler at the time of inspection. May not use cooler for storage of TCS food until it can maintain 41*F or less.

    Observation: Pop nozzles have buildup on the inside. Cleaned during the inspection.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation: Bar hand sink did not have a hand washing sign posted. Given today.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: Floor under the bar taps and 3 door bottle cooler is in very poor condition, and is soiled.

    Observation: Do not have an employee reporting agreement in place. Given at time of inspection.

    Observation: 2 Door beer cooler at the bar has standing water and rust buildup inside.

    Observation: Do not have a procedure for vomiting and diarrheal incidents. Given at time of inspection.

    Both restroom soap dispensers do not dispense soap correctly. Replace dispensers or provide easily accessible hand soap to ensure proper hand washing.

    1) Hand sanitizers can not replace hand washing. Hand sanitizer does not kill viruses, etc. Must wash hands and use sanitizer as a suppliment. 2) Must wash hands frequently behind bar area. Do not use restroom sinks (when touch restroom door handle- hands may recontaminate).

  • Sanitizers
    Spray bottle sanitizer and glassware sanitizer tested over 200ppm. Both sanitizers are a chlorine solution. Use chlorine test strips and ensure sanitizer is maintained 50-100ppm(turns from white to light blue on test strips). Do not use quat test strips (orange strips) for bleach water or glassware sanitizers (not compatible), CORRECTED ON SITE.
