Observation: Employee Reporting Agreement not signed, dated or understood by food handling employees. Manager made copies of Form 1-B during inspection and will be going over the form with all employees.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: No thermometers in cold hold units.

Observation: Previous inspection report not posted. Manager posted new inspection report in public view at the end of the inspection.
- PHF/TCS food maintained at 135°F or above, except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time us used as a public health control
Observation: Egg rolls held at 123*F on hot hold. Manager voluntarily discarded the product during inspection.
