Observation: No date mark on diced ham in walk-in cooler. Manager asked employee when the ham was prepared and the date was marked on the product.

Observation: No hand washing sign only at hand washing sink. Inspector provided sign during inspection.

Observation: Employee used hand washing sink to fill mac-n-cheese container with water.

Observation: Top portion of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese on ice baths not held at 50*F. Manager placed more ice around sides of food holding containers to keep all products at 41*F and below.
