    Observation: Breading for coating chicken had chunks of meat left from previous breadings. Manager sifted breading to remove chunks.

    Observation: Deer meat marked not for resale stored in freezer. Manager removed meat from facility.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Inside of microwave in kitchen has excess debris.

    Observation: Tenderloins stored above cheese in large walk-in cooler. Staff moved meat to lower shelf and cheese to higher shelf.

    Observation: Single service portion cup used as scoop in can of sauce. Employee discarded portion cup.

    Observation: Deer meat marked Not for Sale stored in single door freezer in kitchen.

    Observation: Large walk in cooler condenser is dripping and the fan in the unit is blowing the drips onto food product. Employee moved some product but some was not able to be moved during inspection because of space.

    Observation: Breading used for coating chicken was dumped into container, used, and left out of refrigeration. Employee voluntarily discarded breading.

    Observation: Date marks missing from sauce, cheese, pizza sausage in small walk in cooler. Employee placed dates on items.

    Observation: Inside of ice machine has visible build up.

    Observation: No hand soap provided at bar sink.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Inside of microwave in kitchen has excess debris.
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: Hand wash sink in kitchen and bar have evidence of dumping (sauce and ice respectively in sinks).
