Observation: Hand wash sink in pizza area missing soap. Employee placed soap at the sink.

Observation: Pesto, salami, cheese in salad prep station holding at 46-50F. Moved pesto to be in contact with cooling plate and moved salami and cheese to freezer to bring them back to 41F. All items returned to below 41F prior to completion of inspection.

Observation: Hand wash sink in pizza area missing paper towels for hand drying. Employee placed paper towels at the sink.
- Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
Observation: Employee handled lettuce, tomatoes, cheese for a salad with bare hands. Employee touched cooked pizza with a a bare hand while slicing.
- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation: Pump to lift excess water from ice machine to plumbing not working during inspection causing water to pool on the floor around the ice machine. Breaker was reset by staff. Pump functioned properly.
- Storage of clean linens, single-service, and single use articles
Observation: Cup lids, to go containers stored on the floor in the basement. Employees moved items onto shelves.
- Air drying of equipment and utensils
Observation: Cups near soda machine stacked wet. Employee separated cups to completely air dry.
