Observation:No cold water available. Person-in-Charge was able to turn the cold water value on during the inspection.

Observation: No soap was initially available at the hand sink in the kitchen. Person-in-Charge was able to provide soap while inspector was there.

The presence of insects rodents, and other pests are controlled as required
- Certified Food Protection Manager with management and supervisory responsibility employed by the establishment
Observation:No one in management has taken a Certified Food Protection Managers class. This was not a requirement as the inspection took place in December of 2013.
