Observed 3 non-covered glasses of beverages in kitchen prep. area. Observed opened plastic bag of fig-newton-like cookies at server station near kitchen.

Observed food products with temperatures of 46*F to 49*F. Observed sauces with temperatures of 46*F. Inspector asked staff to add more ice. Staff complied.

- Frozen PHF/TCS foods are properly slacked and thawed
Observed frozen meat product thawing in prep. sink. No running water was being applied to product. Inspector talked with staff. Staff informed inspector that the product had just been placed there. Staff removed the product to cooler for further thawing. Corrected at time of inspection
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observed sliced tomatoes in prep. cooler not datemarked. Inspector noted that all potentially hazardous, ready-to-eat foods held longer than 24 hours must be datemarked.

Observed ash trays with cigatrette butts in prep. area of the kitchen.

Observed bar hand washing sink being used for storage of buckets and pour tops for bottles.
