Observation:Observed no detectable level of sanitizer in produce knife bucket - employee stated he dilutes the solution that comes out of the automatic dispenser. The bucket was refilled with full-strength solution but was still below 200 ppm. Dispenser was delimed, product determined to be at proper concentration, corrected on site.

Observation:Observed angel food cakes with no store label (name and address), name of product, weight, or list of ingredients in order by weight. Cakes were removed from sale.

Observation:Observed test papers at produce and meat departments had expired in 2007 and 2015, replaced with new papers, corrected on site.
