    Observation: No thermometer in make table cooler and reach in cooler in kitchen.

    Observation:Shelving under prep area with debris, exterior of microwave with buildup, all hand contact surfaces to be clean and sanitized.
  • Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement
    Observation:Hand washing sink must be installed back in kitchen.

    Observation:All coolers are to have thermometer inside units.

    Observation:License must be posted in public view.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation:Chicken and other raw meats are to be stored on bottom level in all cooler units.
