- Handwashing signage
Observation: Both restrooms do not have when food employees must wash hands. Each handwashing sink SHALL have a sign when food employees shall wash their hands. Given during this inspection to post at handwashing sinks in both restrooms. CORRECTED ON SITE.
- Sanitizers
Observation: One spray bottle of bleach sanitizer too weak. The sanitizer was CORRECTED ON SITE. SHALL KEEP AT 50-100 PPM.

- Service sink required
Noted since 2011 establishment has not yet installed a mop sink. Must provide 1 service sink or curbed floor drain for disposal of mop water. Install mop sink prior to 2014 season.
- Manual warewashing sinks requirements
3 compartment sinks must be large enough to submerge the largest piece of equipment or utensil to be used. New 3 compartment sink to be installed to properly wash rinse, and sanitize crock pots used for hot holding. No garbage disposal is permitted on compartment of sinks. Remove garbage disposal.

Unsealed particle board used for shelvingin back area. All surfaces used for food must be easily cleanable and nonabsorbent. Seal wood with 2 coats of light colored paint or varnish
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
In order to aid in cleaning and for food protection all shelving must be stored a minimum of 6" off the floor. Move shelving in back up to required 6".
