Observation:Need to provide handsoap at sink by dishmachine, using dish detergent now.

Observation:In retail area, has chemicals stored over single use food service products, salt and pepper shakers, must move chemicals to area below foods and food items.
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation:Has open bulk container of hot dogs, brats, etc, must date when package is opened and use within 7 days or discard remainder, corrected on site.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation:1)Has case of candy stored on floor in dry storage area, moved to shelving area now.2) Has plastic shelving units that are less than 6 inches off floor, when replaced have adjustable lower shelf to have 6 inches off floor to aid cleaning.
- Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
Observation:1)One coffee station has gap where bare wooden surfaces are showing through, repair to aid cleaning. 2)New wooden cabinet holding cigarettes in retail area has bare wooden edges yet, must seal to aid cleaning. 3)Shipping paper on utility sink used as handsink by dishmachine still attached to side of bin, remove to aid cleaning.

Observation:1) Both capp machine has buildup of powder in interior surfaces, clean more frequently to prevent buildup. 2)Retail pepsi reachin cooler has soiled track system holding liter bottles of soda, clean.

Observation:Floor wall base coving needed on both walls near the mopsink, base of wall deteriorating with water damage, repair, to aid cleaning.
- Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical
Observation: Quat Sanitizer at 400 ppm, diluted to 200 ppm now.
- Outer openings are protected
Observation:Back door has a gap at the bottom edge where light is showing through, must seal to prevent pests from entering.
