    Observation: Knives stored in-between prep counter and refrigeration unit. Person in charge removed knives to be cleaned and sanitized.
  • Physical facilities maintained in good repair
    Observation: Some missing baseboards in kitchen, grout missing in some places in women's restroom, and wood door frame has become worn exposing wood.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: No Quat test kit to test concentration at bar 3rd compartment sink.
  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Observation: Vegetable slicer had food residue present. Person in charge removed slicer to be cleaned and sanitized. Observed residue build up on ice machine white barrier plate. Food employee began to clean ice machine during inspection.
