    Observation: Uncovered shredded salad in a big plastic container were not date marked and did not look fresh in walk-in cooler. Employees stated that is from Friday and discarded. Corrected on site.

Must label all working container with common name for easy identification. 2) Several chemical spray bottles were stored with food contact surface items together at the bar on upstair.
