Observation: Potentially hazardous foods in the silver metal cart used for delivery to satellite locations was not cold holding properly. Cart does not allow for foods to properly be held at 41 degrees and below.

Observed chemical spray bottle stored on shelf with food equipment and food items (buns). Spray bottle was moved and stored properly during the inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed clean thermometers stored in container with pens, pencils and highlighters in food prep area by the steamers. Manager states that they will begin storing these thermometers in containers that are designated for thermometers only. Did observe that anytime thermometers were used today, that the employees cleaned the thermometers before and after use.
