    Observation:Wiping cloth not maintained in sanitizer between uses. Place back in sanitizer bucket at time of inspection.
  • Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
    Observation:Table mounted can opener blade in salad prep area not in good repair. Blade was replaced at time of inspection.

    Observed ham in ice well in grill area holding at 60*. All product was discarded and more ice was added. Observed grill cooler holding at 50*. All product was removed and work order has been done for repair. Observed cut melon in Gateway Cafe cold unit holding at 47*. Corrected at time of inspection.
